‘Gotham’ season 2, episode 11 video: A warrant is issued for Jim Gordon

Barnes -The fall finale of “Gotham” is coming your way on Fox Monday night, and judging from the sneak peek below, it is not going to take long for the intensity and the drama to hit another level!

Specifically, we’re talking here about an enormous crisis facing the character of Jim Gordon, as he struggles to have to defend himself in a way that he has not to date: Having a warrant out there for his arrest! Captain Barnes, a.k.a. the most black-and-white cop of all time, approaches Lee Thompkins about the warrant in the sneak peek, making it very clear that if she does not help and she knows information, she could be booked herself as an accessory to the crime.

The biggest problem that Barnes has at the moment with Jim is that while he’d like to believe him, there is not much evidence to the contrary. Galavant managed to be freed from jail without anything sticking to him, and Gordon got violent right in the middle of the courthouse. With the claims out there now that he is working with Penguin, coupled with the lengthy list of dirty cops in the history of Gotham, we don’t really think that Barnes is being all that unreasonable … even if our support of Gordon makes him less than likable in this moment.

Here’s one question that we do have about Barnes after watching this: How many “sons” does this guy have? He claims that Jim is “like a son” to him, but haven’t these guys only known each other for a handful of episodes at this point?
