‘The Walking Dead’ season 6 not losing any viewers for prolonged Glenn story

twdWhile there may be many fans out there frustrated with “The Walking Dead” for not giving them any answers on Glenn’s fate, but there is one thing that the ratings for the show are proving right now: People are definitely still watching!

This past episode from Sunday improved versus the previous one, scoring a 6.5 rating in the 18-49 demographic with almost 13 million viewers tuning in. Maybe the increase is due in part to Sunday’s episode being a fantastic one for the Daryl Dixon character, and for promotion of that going into it airing.

Or, maybe the curiosity about Glenn’s fate right now is so strong that viewers continue to tune in with fervent curiosity as to when it will be revealed. We think that this may be true for now, but there is really a grace period on how long fans are going to put up with something like this. If you make them wait too long for some sort of proper reveal, you run a great risk that they may just stop caring and never come back again.

The good news for Glenn fans is that there are two more episodes this season, and if AMC and the show producers do not address what is going on with him before then, they may have truly gone off the deep end. We strongly believe that at least a little bit more information is going to be coming up sooner rather than later. Hopefully, whatever happens will continue to lead to strong ratings.
