‘Criminal Minds’ season 11, episode 7 video: First look at AJ Cook’s return!

For all AJ Cook fans, there is one word that you can use to describe the next new episode of “Criminal Minds” season 11: Excitement. After all, this is a chance to see JJ back with the BAU for the first time this season, and the sneak peek below gives you her first look back with the team.

What’s interesting here is that rather than trying to hype up Cook’s return, this sneak peek below is really more about the case of the week and it is back to standard operating procedure for JJ. Rossi’s daughter arrives on the scene with what she believes is a crime, and upon investigation it certainly looks as though she is right. What’s also interesting is hearing the word Alexandria mentioned right now on a show that is not named “The Walking Dead.” Clearly, this is a rough time to be this town!

We do know at some point in this episode there will be a welcoming scene for JJ as she rejoins the team once more. We are not entirely sure at the moment whether or not she will have a major individual story in this episode, or any other in the near future … but rest assured that “Criminal Minds” tends to give you at least one or two of them over the course of any given season.
