‘Agents of SHIELD’ season 3, episode 7 preview: Moving beyond Lash surprise in ‘Chaos Theory’

Tuesday night’s new episode of “Agents of SHIELD” was rather eventful, as the show had to pick up some of the pieces from the Simmons story, and then ramp up some of the other stories in regards to what happened to Andrew… and also the secret he is hiding.

Now that we know that Andrew is Lash, the game definitely changes moving into next week’s “Chaos Theory.” How long is he going to be able to keep up this secret, and what sort of carnage could he inflict on the members of the team? Based on the synopsis below, it suggests that he will not be able to keep it secret much longer:

“As Daisy and the team fight to protect Inhumans, S.H.I.E.L.D. discovers the shocking truth about one of their biggest foes. Meanwhile, Fitz helps Simmons recover information that could lead them back through the portal.”

It is nice to know that we are going to be touching back in on Fitz and Simmons given how they took more of a back seat in tonight’s episode; in a way, we’re grateful that they did. Now almost every story is of equal intensity, and the storyline is progressing in a way that has us excited about almost everything across the board that could be coming. Enjoy the promo below, and be prepared for a variety of shocking twists and turns coming up. It is going to be hard, though, for the show to top what it’s done the past two weeks.
