‘Supernatural’ season 11, episode 4 preview: ‘Baby’ about Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki, and a car

While the title for next week’s “Supernatural” episode in “Baby” could make you think at first that we’re talking Amara a little bit more, the reality is that it is a different sort of baby who is getting the focus. Specifically, we are talking about the famed Impala driven by Sam and Dean throughout most of the series. This sounds like a very-different and super-fun hour for the show, and hopefully, it will make those of you who feel like the story has been going in a serious direction some reason to smile.

If you haven’t seen the synopsis for this episode just yet, be sure to take a look at it below:

“Seen entirely from the point of view of the Impala, Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) go on a road trip to fight monsters and demons.”

This story sounds to us like pure fun, much in the way that “Fan Fiction” was when it first aired. We’re also personally rather glad that the show has lasted this long, mostly because of the fact that it is giving us chances to see stories that are this weird and experimental. Do you think many shows earlier in their run would be so brave? The great thing about “Supernatural” is that even if this turns out to be a complete dud, the fan base will come back and still enjoy some of what comes afterwards. Does anyone else remember the found-footage episode or the one featuring talking animals? (We blame the voice acting for that one.)
