‘The Walking Dead’ season 6 video: See Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, cast new developments

The sixth season of “The Walking Dead” is going to be premiering on AMC come October 11, and the latest sneak peek below does a good job of doing one thing primarily above all else: Giving you a real sense behind the scenes of what is coming, from multiple perspectives to go along with it.

For starters, let’s give you three words from star Andrew Lincoln: “Off the chain.” That is how the actor describes the story ahead, which certainly looks as though it is going to have a variety of different twists and turns long the way. You are going to see action, violence, and most of all, a struggle for leadership in Alexandria. The community is at a tipping point; it has seen violence now, and it is not going to be able to go back to what it once was.

One of the people who could really be at the center of what happens to the town is Morgan, and that is why Lennie James says that what side he chooses, and how he choose to handle the environment as a result, will be very important to the story this season. Personally, we just cannot begin to describe how happy we are just to see Morgan back in the first place.

Some other cast members prevalent in this video include Norman Reedus, Michael Cudlitz, Danai Gurira, and others. While nothing major is given away here, it is at least a reminder that the show is going to continue to find unique ways to surprise you.
