‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ season 7, episode 1 preview: The quest to find (and stop) Callen

At the end of “NCIS: Los Angeles” season 6, Hetty unveiled a specific “truth” to Callen when it comes to his family history, but it was something that he decided that he either did not believe, or was not willing to completely willing to accept. Regardless of the reason, let’s just say that this moment is going to be a springboard for a lot of crazy things to come in the seventh season premiere on CBS Monday night. Callen is going to be on the run and looking for answers, and that is not a good thing.

In the sneak peeks below, you can get a little bit of insight into not only what is going on, but whether or not there have been any specific plans laid out as of yet to stop him.

1. Sam and Deeks try to play it cool – While they clearly know that something is amiss, these two guys for the most part seem intent here to just let Callen be Callen, and are not anywhere near as worried about what he is up to as some other people on the team.

2. Hetty’s confrontation – Meanwhile, apparently this is what happens when Hetty does find Callen, who is sporting longer hair and a beard for really the first time ever. When you get on a mission like the one he has, apparently shaving becomes less of a priority.

Anyway, apparently Hetty should have charged up the taser for a little bit longer than she did. Her attempts to stop him turn out to be completely useless.
