‘Hawaii Five-0’ season 6 spoilers: A rough start for Kono, Adam’s honeymoon

If you have been following some of the stories online regarding “Hawaii Five-0” as of late, then you probably realize already that there is a whole heap of drama coming for Kono and Adam. You would think that following their wedding in the season 5 finale, they would at least get some sort of grace period where they could sit back, relax, and enjoy being married.

Unfortunately for them, this is “Hawaii Five-0”! There’s really not much in this world that is stable, so expecting a honeymoon that is smooth sailing is unreasonable. Instead, these two characters are going to have one of the most horrible honeymoons of all time thanks to Gabriel, and he seems to be doing it just out of anger more so than any desire to hurt these characters in particular. This may be an additional reason to worry, since this lack of a personal connection may allow him to become somewhat unpredictable.

“Gabriel was stripped of everything and he’s trying to rebuild everything … It’s not a personal thing like WoFat was with McGarrett. It’s all about his power, wealth and position … [Ultimately, Kono and Adam] have the worst first night of their honeymoon that anyone can ever have.”

If there’s something positive that the two characters have here to potentially look forward to, it is this: Maybe nothing else the rest of their marriage will compare to this? It’s hard to get too much worse, though we shutter to say that given that this show has delivered on some pretty shocking stuff during its run.
