‘Rizzoli & Isles’ season 6 spoilers: First look at ‘Love Taps’

As we start to get to the end of at least the summer portion of “Rizzoli & Isles” season 6, hopefully we will have some more interesting cases and also important character moments. Luckily, it looks like we are going to have both of these on the upcoming episode “Love Taps” airing a week from Tuesday.

What makes this case different than most? Well, let’s just say that you have the murder of a young person who may have been cheating on a girlfriend with like … 30 others? Maybe he is polyamorous like that one woman on “Utopia,” since otherwise this could pose a serious problem. It doesn’t seem like a motive to kill over, though, which is what makes the synopsis below for this episode all the more intriguing:

“The murder of a college student takes an odd turn when Jane and Maura discover he had 32 girlfriends. Uncovering who killed him and why leads them into a world of app developers, virtual boyfriends, and relationships built on lies. Meanwhile, Korsak finally introduces everyone to the new woman in his life.”

It’s great to see a Korsak side story in here; let’s just hope that this one ends a little bit better than the primary story of the hour. Judging from what we are seeing at the moment, it is going to be pretty darn hard for it to end and be worse on any level.
