‘Big Brother 17’ live feed spoilers: The all-important Veto players
The events in the “Big Brother” house on Saturday are potentially going to be crazy, and mostly because at the center of everything will be the Power of Veto Competition. This morning, we had a chance to learn who would be competing!
In addition to the nominees Shelli and Clay and the Head of Household James, it was made clear that Jackie, Vanessa, and Becky are all playing. This is a pretty good draw for the most part for Shelli and Clay, given that Vanessa and Becky may not really try that hard to win it, since doing so would make their allegiances pretty clear to the rest of the house. However, at the same time you do have someone in Jackie who has made it clear where she stands, and she could try to take out “Clelli” herself with a Veto win. She suddenly seems much more energized to play than she was a few weeks ago.
In terms of replacement nominees, we know that James would like to just keep things as they are for the time being so that he doesn’t have to get a whole lot of additional blood on his hands, and also so that he can ensure one of Clay and Shelli leaves this week. For now, though, it seems like either Liz or Julia is going to be the replacement. It seems to us that Julia is the better choice, since she is not that close to Austin and many in the game seem to think of her as a more-flexible player who could be better long-term than Shelli or Clay.
The Veto will be later this afternoon … here’s to hoping for an OTEV or Zingbot, though it may be a little early in the season still.
