‘Jane the Virgin’ season 2 spoilers: Be prepared for a wedding (and a choice)

If you watched the first season of “Jane the Virgin,” then you were probably very much aware that romance was definitely in the fabric of almost every frame of the show. Therefore, can you really be surprised that this is continuing into season 2? The simple answer there is “definitely not.”

What may still make the second season stand out, though, is the chance to see at least one wedding! You know the show is going to have some fun with that, since they often go big with many of their sets. This is a chance to play around a little with some of that, and show off even more of their creative side.

Speaking to TV Guide, executive producer Jennie Urman hints at the upcoming wedding, and notes that you will at least get to see Jane figure out who she is going to be pick between Michael and Rafael:

“Jane will make a choice with one of the guys, eventually, and we will have a wedding at some point in the season.”

Note that this does not necessarily mean that Jane and the guy she chooses will end up getting married just yet; there are plenty of other character pairs that would make for exciting television to center a wedding around. There is a little bit of mystery here, and part of the fun of the months ahead will be the guessing game.
