‘Big Brother 17’ live feed spoilers: Veto Ceremony results and subsequent chaos

We cannot even begin to describe our overall excitement level going into the “Big Brother 17” Veto Ceremony this afternoon. There was all sorts of chaos that could potentially spiral out of this, mostly because of the fact that you have Vanessa in power who has over-thought this week like nobody’s business. While she has the traits of a good player, her getting on a pedestal for honest gameplay, while lying to an entire group of people, is going to be a hard hole for her to dig herself out of.

Before the ceremony, the plan was to nominate Jason rather than Austin, therefore assuring that the entire Sixth Sense alliance remains completely intact. Had Vanessa not made her intentions to get rid of Austin clear earlier in the week, maybe this would not be a big deal. Well, she did, and Jason is now on the block. Vanessa is trying to smooth things over with James, including some reminders that “she is not the only one” responsible for this. She’s trying to suggest that she is not the only person in the group, while Shelli and Clay are downstairs claiming complete ignorance to Jason. Hilarious.

To a certain extent, we feel for the likes of James, Jason, and Meg, given that they were lied to. However, Audrey warned them! They knew better than to put themselves in this position, and they should have fought harder to stop it.

At least Jason is taking this news pretty well for now. The thing here is, though, he could still rally votes against Becky on the block, given that she is a good competition player. He really needs to go the way of Godfrey and tell everyone that he is going right at someone like Vanessa, and unite a side of the house against her.
