‘The Bachelorette’ spotlight: Meet Josh Seiter, a different sort of ‘dancer’
Kaitlyn Bristowe may be ended up as “The Bachelorette” this season, and she does have a history in dance given that her occupation on her first season was listed as “Dance Instructor.” However, at the same exact time contestant Josh Seiter this season has a history doing a very different sort of dancing … of the “exotic” persuasion.
Given that this is listed on his ABC bio, we’re assuming that this is not something that he tries to hide. Ultimately, his perception could differ dramatically depending on what he does with it. If he’s open about what he does, he could be one of the more colorful, interesting characters this season. If he hides it, then he just becomes a toolbox who is there to get more attention and potentially a better gig. There’s not much middle ground for this guy.
Name – Josh Seiter
Age – 27
Location – Chicago, Illinois
Occupation – Law student / exotic dancer. This adds another layer to it, given that our guess is that dancing is the way he puts himself through school. Since you can make a ton of money doing that, why fault the guy for doing what he needs to?
First impression – The dude has a ton of tattoos! He already has a giant rose on his chest, so shouldn’t that be good for something since he can give himself a rose every week until the end? He seems to have a good sense of humor and has the right philosophy on love. Of course, he has to be well-aware that there are some that are going to be judgmental of him based off of what he does. (For the record, those rumors about him being a gigolo are false.)
Worst impression – He wants to have lunch with “himself 20 years from now.” Did he take this quote from his bio from a Matthew McConaughey awards-acceptance speech or something?
Prediction – We don’t see many people like Josh on the show, and we really hope that he is completely open and good-spirited about himself. If Britt is the Bachelorette, we see him out early; however, maybe Kaitlyn would give him more of a show.
