‘Gotham’ finale spoilers: Ben McKenzie, Robin Lord Taylor, cast tease big shockers ahead

You have most likely been waiting for the “Gotham” season finale to grace us for some time, but come Monday night, it will finally be here! That is a tremendous opportunity to see how all of the stories set up over the course of this season are finally going to come to a close.

If there is one word that we would personally use to describe this hour based on what we have heard so far, it would be “crazy.” Luckily, it seems like most of the cast seems to echo that in the video below. You hear from the likes of Robin Lord Taylor (Oswald Cobblepot), Ben McKenzie (Jim Gordon), and Jada Pinkett Smith (Fish Mooney) all discussing some of the individual events you can expect to see throughout the hour. Whatever happens will inevitably lead to the exit of Fish from the show, mostly because of the fact that Jada only signed a contract for one year.

Following these short interviews in the video, you can also get another sneak preview suggesting in some ways how the story will wrap up for the time being. Let it be known that there is still potentially plenty of surprises still to be seen and heard further, and we just have to wait and see what they are going to be. At the moment, though, we’re excited to see what the writers have come up with here, especially when it comes to a cliffhanger. How do you create drama for a story when you mostly know already how it is going to end?

After the finale, “gotham” will not return until season 2 in the fall.
