‘Arrow’ season 3 spoilers: Stephen Amell, cast finish filming

For the cast and crew of “Arrow,” summer vacation is here … at least for the people that are done. Thanks to the power of social media, we learned that the cast worked late through the night in order to finish off the third season of the CW series. Given that the last two finales were all sorts of insane, we basically have no reason to believe that things are going to change this time around at all.

Stephen Amell is one of the cast members we are featuring below alongside Paul Blackthorne, and ironically he is not getting very much of a break at all. A mere matter of days after finishing things up here, he has to prepare for what will be another huge role of his: Playing Casey Jones in a the sequel to the “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” feature film.

So what do we know about the season finale this time around? It is possible that it will feature more of Matt Nable as Ra’s al Ghul, and we also know that Colton Haynes is returning as Roy for at least a scene or two after departing during “Broken Arrow.” That has already been confirmed by the producers, but Haynes himself even mentions it in another Twitter post below.

One other thing that we can say now is about HIVE, the mysterious organization responsible for hiring Deadshot to kill Diggle’s brother: They are a huge part of season 4, and you will see more of them during the finale. For all Diggle fans hoping to see a meaty story for him, you should be feeling pretty thrilled right right.
