‘The Big Bang Theory’ season 8: Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting blasts latest divorce rumors

One of the bizarre things about the celebrity tabloid cycle is that every year or two, they find a new person that they want to create a bunch of random rumors about for no reason. For a while, it was Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson, and then it was Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev. More recently, Neil Patrick Harris and Ellen DeGeneres have faced their ire for their marriages to David Burtka and Portia de Rossi, and Kaley herself has faced rumor after rumor when it comes to her relationship with tennis star Ryan Sweeting.

So is there any remote truth to this at all? Based on what the “Big Bang Theory” star had to say in a post on Instagram, don’t count on it. Instead, she shared an Easter message talking about her husband, his return to tennis, and overcoming some of the nastiness in the world:

“I have never been more proud of anyone on this planet- this guy is fighting back from a whirlwind of injuries and not to mention constant ‘conversation’ regarding our marriage and basically any daily decision we decide to make. Im so proud of his passion and his inner strength to fight back, but most of all iam proud to be his wife-so all of you who take it upon yourselves to trash our marriage, daily workings of our relationship and everything in between, go ahead and keep doing it, cause it only makes us stronger.”

The unfortunate thing for Kaley and Ryan is that they have to realize that this is not going to be ending anytime soon. Instead, it will probably keep going until another couple catches the tabloids’ eye and can be used for money and page views.
