‘Longmire’ season 4: See Katee Sackhoff, Robert Taylor, Adam Bartley back in uniform!

If the latest photo that we have for you from “Longmire” season 4 does not bring a smile to your face, we’re not sure what will. After all, this marks an opportunity to actually see Katee Sackhoff, Robert Taylor, and Adam Bartley back in uniform as filming continues in New Mexico!

Sackhoff herself shared the image of the three on Instagram, and they look as happy as any person could be while wading around in cold water. To be fair, the beautiful scenery in the background definitely helps. This show does a great job of replicating Wyoming through finding some beautiful locations, which by the way may look even more beautiful now thanks to Netflix resources. For some reason, we’ve found that shows moving over there to become original products look even more stunning. “The Killing” is a really great example of that.

Given that filming just begun earlier this March, we still have long wait until any sort of premiere date is even announced. What stands as the most important thing to remember here is merely that we are happy that there will be a new season at all, given how in doubt that once was. Story-wise, we anticipate some new chapters for Walt, Vic, and The Ferg given all they went through near the end of the third season. The fate of Branch remains the biggest question mark, and is something that we are really looking forward to seeing unfold in the new season.

The reason why the frequent social-media posts and set photos from the actors are so important because it gives us a chance to have some real interaction with what is going on with the filming process. It’s a tiny progress report, and a way to ensure that fans keep talking about the show while we wait.
