‘The Voice UK’ rankings: Stevie McCrorie, Autumn Sharif, Emmanuel Nwamadi compete on Team Ricky Wilson

Ricky WilsonDoes Ricky Wilson have the best team on “The Voice” UK? The answer to that most likely depends on who you ask, but to us, there is almost no doubt that he certainly has a group of people who are widely considered by the public to be strong. Not only does he have our current pick to win it all, but there’s a nice mixture of genres and tones in here. You would assume that his team would mostly just be a bunch of rockers because of his own background, but that is not further from the truth.

We are ranking these particular performers today based on a variety of different criteria. At the top of the list is performance quality, but we also have to consider perceived fan following.

3. Autumn Sharif – What is interesting here is that Autumn herself even commented on her “Human Nature” performance, saying that it was not her best that she could do. We like that level of self-awareness. With the right song choice and the right control, she could be a sleeper.

2. Emmanuel Nwamadi – Some singers just have that intangible quality you really cannot label that makes them so spectacular, and we personally feel like Emmanuel may just be that person. We’ve heard a few vocals for him that are soulful, but somehow still haunting and you want to keep listening to find a few new discoveries in his voice here and there.

1. Stevie McCrorie – We’ve made our love of Stevie nor secret, nor our feeling the he is the current frontrunner in the competition. It’s just that his “I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For” was so outstanding, and that is a hard song given that there is a near-constant fear that you are going to just sound almost perpetually like like Bono.
