‘Agents of SHIELD’ season 2, episode 14 preview: Are Bobbi, Mack leading a charge against Coulson?

Marvel’s “Agents of SHIELD” has delivered a number of different storylines this season, and Director Coulson has been at the head of almost every single one of them. However, we now come at you with what is an interesting question: Could we end up seeing a different SHIELD form? This could be trouble for many characters and alliances, and it is the focus of next week’s “Love in the Time of HYDRA.”

Let’s start off here by sharing the synopsis below, which makes a little more sense to us now than when we first read it, mostly because of now what we know about Skye’s current condition:

“Coulson and his team are still reeling from a shocking revelation that leaves the team fractured as they must decide what to do with one of their own. Meanwhile, Bobbi and Mack reveal their true allegiance to Hunter, while elsewhere, Ward and Agent 33 embark on a personal mission.”

The biggest test for some of these characters moving forward is going to be seeing just what an extensive amount of training really means to them. For example, are people like Mack eventually going to realize that Coulson’s secrets can be an asset again, and not a liability that requires a coup? One other important thing that obviously needs to happen here is Coulson eventually learning just who this traitor is in the first place. That has the potential to change quite a bit depending on when the reveal happens.
