‘Arrow’ season 3 spoilers: Who is targeting Oliver Queen now?
Oliver Queen just cannot catch a break. You know already that he has Ra’s al Ghul on the mind on “Arrow,” and he also has to worry about Malcolm Merlyn’s intentions … and a variety of other assorted villains who pop up on the show from time to time.
With this being said, could the police end up becoming a foe of the Arrow more than a friend? That’s at least possible, given both the trajectory of the season and also the title for the upcoming 18th episode of the season: “Public Enemy.” Executive producer Marc Guggenheim at first tried to be cryptic about this particular title, but it did not take a long time at all for the internet to figure out what the meaning of his secret script page really was. (This is the internet, after all, and people are studious!)
So why would the police be after Oliver? While this is just a theory of ours at the moment, there is a reason to worry about Stephen Amell’s character and the boys in blue right now. Quentin Lance feels betrayed by Laurel, who knew that Sara was dead for months and didn’t say a thing. Given that she clearly works alongside the Arrow now, he’s going to potentially implicate him as a guilty party in this, as well. Grief can make people do crazy things, and being a vigilante is not exactly the most legal of acts.
With all of this being said, the show has to be careful not to repeat too many storylines. This is why we’re saying that most of this article, save for the title, is speculation.

We’ll have to see how this goes during the episode; however, I hope they don’t revisit this Quentin hate for the Arrow. I really enjoyed the mutual respect these guys had for each other. Another reason I don’t favor Laurel.
