‘Chicago PD’ season 2, episode 14 preview: ‘Erin’s Mom’ puts Lindsay in tough situation

What should you expect on “Chicago PD” moving forward? If there is one thing we would say, it is to be on the way for what happens when Erin Lindsay really starts to have to deal with some more family trouble. Hasn’t she been through enough? The answer to that is “definitely,” but somehow, it just continues to get worse.

During “Erin’s Mom” next week, she is going to find her mom shockingly at the middle of what is an investigation, and it leads to a variety of questions as to whether or not Intelligence can really trust her and her motives. Suffice it to say, this is going to be a case worth watching out for and then some. You can get a few other details via the synopsis below:

“Bunny comes to Lindsay concerned about a suspicious repeat customer at her husband’s rental company. This lead brings Intelligence into a case which robbery-homicide has been working for months. Detective Gina Gawronski downloads their intel to the team, she also happens to be Antonio’s former co-worker from Vice. Voight doesn’t trust Bunny’s motives for the tip.”

Ultimately, we really just hope that we get an opportunity through this episode to learn a few more things about some of Lindsay’s past, and if there is a way in which that she can figure out what her mother is up to. If nothing else, it already looks via the promo like Sophia Bush will be turning in a great performance.
