‘Arrow’ season 3, episode 10 CarterMatt Podcast: On Lazarus Pits, ‘Zombie Oliver,’ and more with Jessa

Wednesday night, the glorious return of “Arrow” to The CW was here, and we had a chance to check out an episode in “Left Behind” that really was successful in a number of different ways. Not only did the series manage to figure out what they were going to do when it comes to Oliver Queen’s life-or-death situation, but we had an introduction to Laurel as Black Canary, the arrival of Brick as a villain, and Felicity making a surprising decision to leave this entire world behind … at least for now. Can you really blame her?

In the podcast below, you can hear CarterMatt Co-Founders Matt Carter and Jessa really go through everything that happened on the show, and that includes many of the surprising reveals, the twists and turns, and also a debate as to how in the world Oliver is still alive and still looks so good! Is Tatsu Dr. Frankenstein or something? The show has some pressure on it to figure this one out.

In addition to discussing the winter premiere, we are also going to be previewing some of the rest of the season. This includes talking a little bit more about Malcolm Merlyn, the return of Slade Wilson, and also any potential crossover events that are coming up. It’s a shame that the Supergirl casting news was actually unveiled while we were recording, since it would have been included. (Next week!)
