‘Finding Carter’ season 2 spoilers: When fill filming begin again?

If you love MTV’s “Finding Carter,” this wait for new episodes has to be a tough one for most of you out there. The show has been off for months, but we’ve seen the demand for more information!

Unfortunately, you will be waiting a little while longer before some significant details start to creep out about the season. We’ve seen via multiple sources that the new season starts filming next month, and plenty of work has already been done in the writers room to try to tackle some of the show’s big cliffhangers.

Just in case you need a quick refresher, think along these lines: Lori has an extensive history with the entire Wilson family, and some of it goes far beyond Carter. Also, she has a particularly intriguing photo of David that adds an extra layer of intrigue to the mix.

Oh, and did we mention that Lori has kidnapped her again? There is a full-circle quality going into season 2, but while some circumstances will be the same, expect a few mind-blowing twists and moments along the way.

So when will it air? While there is no official premiere date yet, we feel like it is best to look towards the summer once again. The show effectively takes the place of “Awkward” and “Faking It,” and is a good Tuesday follow-up to Monday’s big MTV hit in “Teen Wolf.”

For now, just sit back and enjoy the holiday season. The new year, and the start of filming, will be here before you know it.
