‘Dancing with the Stars’ 19 finale: Janel Parrish feeling pressure with show, ‘Pretty Little Liars’

At this point in a “Dancing with the Stars” season, just about everyone is running on fumes. You are all exhausted over spending so many months in training, and also dealing with interviews, injuries, and other promotional appearances.

So when you have another full-time job to go along with this full-time job, you can image that things are going to get a little bit crazy. According to TMZ, Janel Parrish is having a hard time preparing for the finale on Monday night, mostly because she is doing a meaty part on “Pretty Little Liars” at the same time that she is preparing for the end of the dance show. Even though her character of Mona may (spoiler alert!) be dead on the ABC Family series, she is still appearing for flashbacks and possibly dream sequences moving forward. Clearly, she has done something for an episode airing late in the season.

The good news today was that maybe Parrish had a little bit of time to prepare for the finale, given that we have heard already that the cast and crew for “Pretty Little Liars” wrapped season 5 earlier this weekend. Still, that does not give her a whole lot of time to prepare.

The biggest challenge that Parrish faces on “Dancing with the Stars”? Aside from the schedule, it is the competition. Alfonso Ribeiro, Sadie Robertson, and Bethany Mota are all capable of winning in their own right, and to go along with that, none of them have had the same production commitments elsewhere.
