ABC’s ‘Revenge’ season 4, episode 9 preview: Emily VanCamp, Madeleine Stowe, and the power of ‘Intel’

“Revenge” season 4 is taking quite a few twists and turns these days, but the one that we have been perhaps the most surprised by is the sort of dissension in the ranks that has taken place between Emily Thorne and David Clarke.

“Intel” is the title for the next new episode airing in two weeks, which is due in part to the American Music Awards cramming up the schedule next time. Emily VanCamp’s character is going to once again face an enormous pickle, and this time around, both she and Madeleine Stowe’s Victoria are going to learn that there may be more value in some of the secrets that they keep beyond what they first thought.

“Emily and Victoria learn that information is the most dangerous weapon while Nolan offers up information of his own in order to salvage his reputation.”

The promo below basically teases just everything that is going to happen from here on out, and it is all sorts of crazy. For one, you’ve got Emily getting heavily into the torture business. As if that was not interesting enough, we also have her getting a little closer to Ben, but why? We want to think that there is something far more substantial about Brian Hallisay’s character than what we are seeing so far. If he’s involved more than we know, we would definitely endorse that.
