‘Sleepy Hollow’ season 2, episode 8 preview: Tom Mison, Nicole Beharie battle a succubus

Want to see some of what lies ahead on “Sleepy Hollow” season 2? The next episode airing on Fox is entitled “Heartless,” and that is a perfect note of irony for a story that is about a succubus who is basically trying to tell you that if you flirt, it will sap out all essence of your being.

We’re not going to share the same crazy-long synopsis for the next episode that we have in the past, mostly for the simple reason that we find that takes out a little too much of the fun. This little tease below should be just enough to stoke your fire, especially since it lets you know who the villain is, and what their primary goal will be:

“Crane and Abbie set out to take down a succubus whom Henry has sent out to drain the life forces out of its victims.”

Plus, one of the other reasons to be thoroughly excited about this episode is that the producers for this show really do a great job of designing their monsters and demons. They don’t look entirely like anything else on TV, and that is both clearly noticeable and very much appreciated.
