‘The Flash’ spoilers: Take a better look at Kelly Frye as Plastique

While there was already a photo out there of Kelly Frye as the character Bette Sans Souci / Plastique on “The Flash,” it wasn’t quite the best one that we’ve ever seen. As a matter of fact, the image gave away next to nothing other than her being carried away by the famous “Red Streak.”

Well, this new image attached to this article gives you a better look at Kelly Frye in action. The actress, both from her appearance to her style, at least somewhat resemble the comic character. With that being said, it’s still hard to get an overall impression without actually seeing the story itself.

The good news for the time being is that they haven’t changed the powers much. Bette is still a meta-human with the powers to turn anything into an explosive. The unclear part of this remains what side she lies on in the show. At least at first, it looks like she could be on Barry Allen’s team … but that could turn very quickly. Given where her allegiance lies in the comics, we could see the tide turning her very quickly. We feel like we already have Caitlin Snow pretty firmly categorized in the “woman who will most likely be evil someday, but not today” part.

This episode will air very soon, and given that she and Captain Cold are the most prominent DC characters that we’ve seen on here so far save for the regulars, we are more than excited to see what happens next.
