‘Arrow’ season 3, episode 3 preview: The mission to ‘Corto Maltese’ begins
On Wednesday night’s all-new “Arrow” episode, we are going to see a mission play out that ultimately has a pretty clear focus: Getting to Corto Maltese, and then figuring out where in the world Thea Queen is and how to get her back.
The sneak peek video below is basically an introduction to everything else in the episode. Thanks to Felicity’s skills, they’ve been able to determine that she is actually on the small South American island, and not anywhere else as it was first theorized. Oliver is determined to bring her back, not paying much attention to Roy’s letter since that was addressed to him.
With that being said, it still looks like Roy is going to be accompanying him on the journey … but not without a little bit of funny etiquette over what can be brought on a plane and what can’t. What we like about this is that it’s a pretty funny reminder that Oliver and company are probably going to have to fly commercial here, given that they don’t have the money that they once did due to the downfall of Queen Consolidated in his hands.
The one weird thing about the clip is that it doesn’t seem like Felicity is telling everyone the truth yet about her new job working for Ray Palmer. Why would they be that upset about it? Maybe it is helping the competition, but at the same time, it’s a nice step up from working at an electronics store, and they really should be thankful for that reason and that reason alone.
