‘NCIS’ season 12 spoilers: See official details on premiere ’20 Clicks’
CBS released a whole slew of loglines today for their upcoming premieres, and for “NCIS” fans, this is the long-awaited opportunity to see some real details all about what could be coming on Tuesday, September 23.
We start here with the title of “20 Clicks,” which we are hoping is about something more than just someone clicking their pen in a really annoying fashion. This is actually a pretty shorty synopsis, given that all it really tells us is that we are going to see a lot of story for the Gibbs and McGee characters:
“When Gibbs and McGee’s mission is compromised, the NCIS team races to locate them before a Russian mercenary group.”
The main thing that we take away from this is that we’re probably going to have an action-packed premiere, which isn’t that surprising given that this is what the show typically does. The first and last episodes of their seasons are traditionally the most high-octane; we imagine that this would have been true for the season 11 finale, as well, were it not for the decision to turn it instead into a proper tribute for fallen cast member Ralph Waite.
What do you want to see on the premiere episode? Let us know right now in the comments, and head over here for more “NCIS” news! You can also sign up if you want to get some more TV scoop on all we cover via our CarterMatt Newsletter.

Another action filled premier featuring super Gibbs and McGee while Tony gets to sit at his desk and click the clicker. Tony doesn’t get any of the action filled hero stories any more. I was so happy when CdP quit, naively thinking that maybe now the writers could give Tony back his skills and importance on the team. Maybe even give him a Tony centered crime story arc. Was I ever wrong! Tony got next to nothing last season, compared to the attention given McGee, Bishop, and of course Gibbs. They’ve replaced Tony as Gibbs second in command with McGee (yawns). I guess the writers just aren’t allowed to let Tony have any stories that might make him look brave, heroic, or competent. It might take the limelight off of the all important Gibbs for a half a second.

I would love to see another cross over involving all 3 NCIS shows as well as a cross over of NCIS, Criminal Minds and CSI

“What do you want to see on the premiere episode?” It’s more like who do you want to see. That’s a no brainer but it’s not going to happen. Donald P. Bellisario’s great character, Ziva David.
