‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ season 6 spoilers: Conflict ahead for Talia, Kensi

We know that there are obviously many Deeks / Kensi ‘shippers out there when it comes to “NCIS: Los Angeles,” and with that, we were sure that some wanted to see the two of them get together early this season.

Well, the presence of Talia could try to complicate things. She’ll try to spend a lot of time with Eric Christian Olsen’s character, and as if that wasn’t bad enough, she may also cause some serious friction between herself and Kensi. Just take a look at what executive producer Shane Brennan had to say on the subject recently to TV Guide:

“Without a doubt we’ll be bringing [Talia] back … Let’s just say things become heated between [Talia] and Kensi when Talia gives her some unasked-for advice. Her impact is both emotional and physical.”

Is there any positive at all to bringing Talia back on the show? If we were to try really hard at figuring this out, we would frame it in such a way: Maybe getting her back on the show helps Kensi and Deeks realize that they need to be together sooner, and the character accidentally helps in that capacity. Sometimes in the real world, you need something unexpected like this to shake things up and change the dynamic, and this could very well be the case right here.

The new season of “NCIS: Los Angeles” is going to premiere on Monday, September 22 in its new timeslot at 10:00 p.m. Eastern, but we will have further scoop before then.
