‘Sons of Anarchy’ season 7 trailer: Jax Teller’s wrath and more in full trailer

After a series of promos, “Sons of Anarchy” officially unleashed on Wednesday the one thing that you were all hoping to see: The official trailer! Also, we’ve learned one other thing about it: You really don’t want to mess with Jax Teller. Seriously, The guy is out for revenge, and means business when it comes to hurting anyone in his way.

The first thing that we are pleased to see here is the official return of CCH Pounder in the role of D.A. Patterson. We weren’t quite sure how much of her we would see this coming season, thanks mostly to her new “NCIS: New Orleans” role. This at least ensures one episode.

As for the only other terrifying thing, Jax doesn’t really seem to have any real set of morals guiding him anymore. He’s just out to express his rage at every turn. Of course, Gemma’s going to do her best to mask the truth about killing Tara, mostly because the consequences of that would be severe. But how long is she going to be able to keep this secret under wraps, and could someone like Juice suffer instead? We don’t it past the writers, or creator Kurt Sutter, to make something like this happen.

The new season will officially premiere on FX come Tuesday, September 9, and we’re a combination of excited (the show’s awesome), nervous (we don’t want beloved people to die), and also sad (there will be no further seasons to look forward to).
