‘Switched at Birth’ season 3, episode 16 preview: A look into Angelo’s future

There were many sweet moments that happened on Monday night’s “Switched at Birth” episode, but after watching the end of the the episode with Angelo, it’s hard to really think about anything else. This is one of the few characters who we assumed was safe … but did we ever assume wrong in this case.

Angelo is going to start next week’s beautifully-titled episode “The Image Disappears” in a hospital bed, and over the course of the hour, we will start to find out more about his chances for survival. It’ll be a tear-jerker regardless; we can assure you of that much. We’re pulling for Angelo, largely because we want as much Gilles Marini on the show as we possibly can.

When the synopsis below was first announced, we knew that bad things were coming thanks to the sole fact that it was so vague. Usually with this show, they are not afraid to give us an embarrassment of details. This one may send a further chill down your spine:

“The Kennish and Vasquez families rally to support a loved one who is in critical condition. Amid the emotion, blame is placed, decisions must be made and lives are forever changed.”

No matter what happens in here, we can only hope that the families learn the news one way or another by the episode’s end. there is nothing worse than having tragedy drawn on, especially for the people involved in it.
