‘The Good Wife’ season 6 spoilers: Taye Diggs signs up for major role
Taye Diggs is one of those TV guest stars that almost any show would want. He’s accomplished, darn good at his job, and he’s a perfect team player.
In the end, there are few shows as good for team players right now as “The Good Wife.” According to a report from Deadline, Diggs will appear in multiple episodes of the show’s sixth season as Dean Levine-Wilkins, an equity partner in Lockhart / Gardner who decides to get in with Diane as she looks to move over to Florrick / Argos, the company started by Alicia and Cary on the show last season.
We could write paragraph after paragraph all about the elite list of guest stars who have appeared on “The Good Wife” over the years, but the short version includes such people as Michael J. Fox, Nathan Lane, Maura Tierney, Stockard Channing, Carrie Preston, Denis O’Hare, T.R. Knight, Jordana Spiro, and dozens upon dozens of other people. If you are looking to get on another show in the future, or looking potentially for some guest-star Emmy love, this is probably one of the best places to turn up.
“The Good Wife” season 6 is going to premiere on CBS this September, where it will continue to occupy its Sunday-night timeslot. The only difference between this and past years is that it will now be a part of a lineup that includes “Madam Secretary” and “CSI” rather than “The Amazing Race” and “The Mentalist,” the two shows that were alongside it for most of the last two years.
