‘The Bachelorette’ spoilers: New details on Josh Murray, Andi Dorfman’s date
You have definitely waited long enough for some official scoop on Monday night’s new episode of “The Bachelorette,” but with this week being devoid of a new episode, it took a little while longer than usual to get the new press release out there.
At this time, you are most likely aware already that Josh Murray is one of the guys getting an individual date in Versailles, just as you also probably know that he is one of Andi Dorfman’s favorites. She has already made it clear that the man is the type of guy that she typically goes for, and you can see it in the way she looks at him that she is interested. The only that she has holding her back are some preconceived notions about the type of guy she has been with before, and this is something hinted at in the portion of the release via ABC:
“Andi is skeptical about whether Josh is too good to be true, even if they have physical chemistry, so she invites him on his first one-on-one date to see whether they can share a more meaningful connection. The couple spends the day browsing through local shops, picking up the makings for a romantic picnic. They board a private luxury sailboat and head for the Calanques, a chain of breathtaking rocky islands off the coast of France. Later, the two are at the Palais Longchamp where Josh will get the opportunity to show Andi if this could lead to a real relationship. Andi has one more surprise for Josh: a private concert by singer-songwriter Ben Fields.”
We’ll be honest here and say that we’ve never heard of Ben Fields, and there is a part of us who wishes that it was Ben Folds instead just because we find him all sorts of awesome. But this has all the makings of a typical date, from the picnic to the concert to a private yacht. This is all more evidence that in the end, the show is really not trying to reinvent the wheel here.
