‘Ink Master: Rivals’: A look into season 5, Joshua Hibbard, Jason Clay Dunn return
Fresh off of the finale of “Ink Master” season 4 where we just saw Scott Marshall crowned the winner (which surprised exactly no one) we learned some very cool news about “Ink Master” season 5.
It’s possible that this new twist for the upcoming season was based on the rivalry between Sausage and Scott (which made for some great TV moments), but either way the idea for season 5 has us super crazy excited. The title for the next season is “Ink Master: Rivals” and will have new artists competing not only against other random artists, but each artist will have a rival in the competition! Expect lots of drama.
Also, we are going to see two past rivals from “Ink Master” season 3 returning in hopes of taking the other one down and it’s none other the Jason Clay Dunn and one of our personal favorites in Joshua Hibbard. Now we know that by us saying that Joshua is one of our favorites may be controversial since not everyone liked his strong personality, but there’s something about him that is incredibly dynamic – and his tattoo skills could not be denied. Jason didn’t get as much screen time as he deserved, so we are looking forward to seeing him return and hope that we get to see a lot more from him. Should be an interesting show down.
What do you think of the idea of “Ink Master: Rivals”? Do you think that it’s going to push the drama on the show to another level? Are you looking forward to seeing Jason and Joshua back on the show? Leave us a comment and tell us what you think.

If the judges wouldn’t have burped Scott and changed all of his diapers, there’s no way he would have won. He dropped the ball towards the end and if my memory serves me correct the judges’ excuse for not eliminating him once was because ‘he had won more flash challenges in the past’. He couldn’t keep up and they knew it. It’s not called flash challenge master.

I hated the fact Scott won. It should have been Sausage. Anyone notice there hasn’t been any female guest judges. Not one female qualifies to ever be a guest judge? Why wasn’t the ‘come back’ from the most recent list of contestants? Some things/decisions on this program are real head scratchers with these judges.

Halo is a shoe-in to be back in Season 5. I would be shocked if the audience voted any other way, fan fav.

It’s kind of a bizarre concept, to bring back more artists from Kyle’s season. It should be season 4’s turn to have some comebacks. Seems like they got ripped off.
