‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 5 spoilers: More of Hanna, Spencer in 100th episode
“Pretty Little Liars” is really getting set to unleash quite a heavy dose of awesome for the show’s upcoming 100th episode. For one, this is the much-anticipated return of Tyler Blackburn (Caleb) to the series, and it also marks a chance to get to know more of Alison, and just what she is up to now that she can show her face again.
Here’s the crazy thing, though: One thing that show creator Marlene King is excited about in particular is something that you would have assumed happened quite a while ago: some of the first scenes featuring the Hanna and Spencer characters together written by her. We don’t know how in the world this had not happened previously, but that is something that King herself echoed in a recent post on her Twitter:
“I just wrote my first #Hencer scene. How could it have taken so long? #PLL100.”
The two primary mysteries of the show in who supposedly “killed” Alison and who is “A,” are still very much out there; now, there’s also another one in who killed Mrs. DiLaurentis. Hopefully, the show actually chooses to answer something soon, since we are otherwise mostly getting questions on this show followed by more and more questions, and that is a pretty difficult thing to deal with if you’ve been watching for almost all of these five years.
The new season begins in June, but we will have plenty more to discuss before that time.
