‘Royal Pains’ season 6 spoilers: Finally, some Jeremiah scoop!

It’s been a long time since we have had anything to share on the sixth season of “Royal Pains,” which to us is a royal shame no matter how you look at it. We’re not returning to the Hamptons on USA until this coming summer, but when we do, get ready to already see some circumstances that are very different than anything that we have witnessed already.

Let’s dive in here to what is the main event when it comes to prospective casting. According to TVLine, there is a new potential love interest on the way for Dr. Jeremiah Sacani! The show is looking to cast a woman named Natalia, who is an immigrant working in the Hamptons as a bartender. Given that she will be around for a good half of the season, it’s safe to say that the character could at least be reasonably important.

Is there a valuable reason for this role to be included? We certainly feel like there is. One of the major themes of all “will they or won’t they?” romances is jealousy, and we know that most fans want to see Jeremiah together with Divya. We’ve already seen it play out where she has a boyfriend, and he is forced to sit idly by and watch. Therefore, it could become interesting to see the tables fully turned. The last time that we saw Jeremiah with a girlfriend, it was one that he mostly made up to look like he had been up to more in his time away than he really was.
