‘American Idol XIII’ spoilers: When will Adam Lambert, Chris Daughtry appear?
You may have already heard the news about Adam Lambert and Chris Daughtry showing up on “American Idol” soon to lend a little bit of a helping hand to the contestants who get far enough in the season, and now we know just when that is going to be.
Daughtry himself confirmed on Twitter that you can expect to see him and Adam, who are arguably two of the most successful people in the show’s history despite not winning their seasons, starting on Tuesday, February 18. That is the week where the show will shift to a three-night format temporarily, which is probably a good thing given how little new TV is going to be airing during the Olympics. Unless you love that the Olympics, you’re going to be lacking when it comes to new options for a little while.
At the moment, many of the finer details are still unknown when it comes to just how this new system with Randy Jackson mentoring is going to work. All we know is that both Adam and Chris are going to help out the Dawg during his little workshop, which helps the contestants ensure that they are ready to go in front of America and perform. They need to be educated on how to make good song choices, which we feel like both Chris and Adam will be able to help with that. The same goes for stage presence, and making sure you present an interesting side of yourself to the audience.

I am VERY excited to see Adam Lambert mentor on American Idol once again. Last time he did was 2009 when he was first prior contestant ever to mentor others. Adam has so much to share with these kids. I like Chris and am sure he’ll do fine too.
