‘Glee’ season 5 spoilers: Does Lea Michele confirm ‘new faces’ in New York?

Do we now know for sure that a pair of familiar “Glee” faces are going to be a part of the New York storyline moving forward? While it may be a little early to say that at the moment, some new posts from Lea Michele definitely have us leaning in that direction so much more than we were previously.

Before we do anything else, including analysis of whether or not these said people would be a good fit, just take a look at what Lea had to say on Twitter on the matter:

“Early morning on the #Glee set shooting a very exciting new episode w/ @chriscolfer @DarrenCriss & @druidDUDE! Got some new faces in NYC!”

We would say that next to confirmation from the network or Ryan Murphy, this is as close to it as you are going to get that both Darren Criss and Kevin McHale’s characters will be in “New York” (really Los Angeles with a New York set) for the rest of the season. These are also two cast members who make perfect sense when you think about it for a minute. Blaine is engaged to Kurt, so clearly he is going to do everything in his power to get to the Big Apple after graduation. Also, Artie is going to be heading out to film school in Brooklyn, which puts him in the perfect position to spend some more time with the characters. But will he live with everyone else, and will Blaine join him?
