‘The Following’ season 2, episode 3 preview: Kevin Bacon, ‘Trust Me,’ and crazy times

New scoop! -Next week on “The Following,” everything in Ryan Hardy’s life is going to hit the fan in ways that you have yet to see. Just when you start to think that he was starting to get in a good place, things like what we are going to see in next week’s “Trust Me” start to go down.

Before we do anything else, we suggest just checking out the official synopsis below via Fox. It at least gives you some basic details about how the FBI may be starting to get suspicious of what Ryan is up to:

“Ryan continues his search to find the correlation between the recent tragedies in New York City and Emma and the existing members of the Havenport cult, while the FBI becomes increasingly aware of his undercover agenda. Meanwhile, a shocking event leads Joe to put a new plan in action.”

As for the promo below, the biggest thing to take from it is that that Joe is about to start to make his wrath truly known … but that’s not the only major problem that Hardy has to deal with. The FBI is starting to breathe a little bit down his neck, and there is also going to be at least one agent who starts to put their life in danger. Given what we have seen on the show in the past, Hardy really should be pretty well-equipped with how to deal with this now. “The Following” is a slow build, but we’re starting to get to the pinnacle of the first peak in the season.
