‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 10 spoilers: ‘Greek’ alum checks in for recurring role
You may not see very much of “Grey’s Anatomy” on the air until the show returns on Thursday, February 27, but the good news that we do have for you now a new addition that you can expect to see throughout at least some of the episodes ahead.
According to a TVLine report, actor Paul James will grace none other than Seattle Grace for a chunk of the remaining episodes. While there is not too much known about his character so far, we can at least say that he comes to the hospital to assist with research.
For those of you who still fondly remember the ABC Family series “Greek,” that is what you will remember James mostly from. On the show, he played the part of Calvin, the gay friend of Rusty. This is a show that we know still has a diehard following, and is still mourning that it is no longer on the air.
Meanwhile, “Grey’s Anatomy” is proving yet again to be the Energizer Bunny of TV shows. Just when you think that it could be winding down for all eternity, something happens to suggest that there is still plenty left in the tank. The latest evidence of that is a story that Patrick Dempsey and Ellen Pompeo have scored some new deals, which will keep the two of them on the show until at least season 12, provided that there are enough renewals to keep the series on ABC that long. Sandra Oh is leaving, but the fate of the rest of the cast is not clear.
