‘True Blood’ season 7 spoilers: Premiere title, and flashbacks for Anna Paquin, Stephen Moyer
Now that Stephen Moyer is through with playing his part in the production of “The Sound of Music Live,” he can shift his focus to the next important item on his list: The seventh season of “True Blood.” As if shooting the upcoming ten episodes was not enough for him, he also has the challenge of stepping behind the director’s chair for the season premiere.
Want to find out a little more news about this episode? Well, what we can tell you is this: According to a new report from E! News, the season premiere title is going to be none other than “Jesus Gonna Be Here.” Even if you take away his romantic history, this still sounds like something that Lafayette would say. We also have a feeling that this could be a plea for some sort of hope and salvation. It seems crazy that anyone on this show would even think of Jesus given all they’ve been through, but also remember this: They’re desperate. There are some zombie-like vampires heading to Bon Temps, and very little protection from them.
Now, a couple of flashback-related scoops to get you more excited about the content of this episode:
1. There will be a chance to see Sookie and Tara when they are just ten years old, which should give you a much better sense of the early days of their friendship.
2. Meanwhile, you’re also going to get an opportunity to see more of Bill Compton’s family, including his daughter Sarah and wife Caroline. A very different sort of story than with Anna Paquin’s character, but in the past all the same.
What do you want to see from Sookie and Bill this season, and is the two parties getting together somewhere high on your list of rekindled romances? There is no premiere date yet for the new season, but we would predict it to return at some point in June (as per usual).
