‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ season 5 spoilers: More details on Christmas episode, Kensi’s gift
The holiday season is upon us, and on “NCIS: Los Angeles,” we are going to see that lead to some serious Christmas cheer for the upcoming December 17 episode. Even the title alone in ‘Merry Evasion” has the word “merry” in it! Given that the past few episodes have been so intense, it only makes a little bit of sense now that the story would settle in and hopefully focus on something a little bit different.
But, don’t expect an episode only involving holiday cookies and mistletoe. As the official synopsis for this episode teases below, we’re going to see a pretty shocking event take place that forces almost the entire team into action. Meanwhile, there is also going to be a pretty interesting story for Kensi, as well:
“The NCIS: Los Angeles team searches for a motive when a senator’s daughter is attacked. Meanwhile, Deeks and Nell partner up to help Sam and Callen bring the daughter to safety and Kensi receives the perfect holiday gift from one of her co-workers.”
This will mark the twelfth episode of the season, and therefore the halfway point. Are you somewhat worried that the show is perhaps putting on a few too many of their episodes in the fall? We understand if you are, but you also have to remember something else here. The show will be back in January, but will be a repeat one week and then “NCIS” is airing a new episode thanks to CBS making the move to get the “Intelligence” pilot more sampling. Also, the Winter Olympics in February will lead to some repeats, since the last thing that the network wants to do is to air shows at a time when very few people will be watching.
So for now, let’s just prepare for a great end to this “NCIS: Los Angeles” fall season, and then get ready for a spring were almost anything truly can happen.
