‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ season 5, episode 11 preview: ‘Iron Curtain Rising,’ and a multi-sided battle

For “NCIS: Los Angeles” fans, we imagine that you were hurting without a new episode to check out tonight. The good news? There is one coming next week entitled “Iron Curtain Rising,” and the first promo for it below implies that quite an exciting mission could be on the way … especially for Kensi.

The promo below for the episode suggests that she will be forced to deal with a heck of a violent situation overseas, but that is really all that it tells us. It’s not one of the busier promos that we’ve seen when it comes to story scoop, and that suggests that in comparison to the pretty intense episode last time (one of our favorites of the season), this one may be a little lighter on the content, however promos do sometimes have a nasty habit of being misleading.

“When a former Romanian Communist leader and suspected war criminal is discovered to be living in Los Angeles under a false identity, the NCIS: LA team must locate him before he disappears again.”

Whatever the writers and producers have planned for the show right now, the only real assurances that we have for it is that the story is slowly and surely building to some pretty intense stuff. There will be some notable happenings for Deeks and Kensi before Daniela Ruah departs for maternity leave, but that may not be for a little while still.
