‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ season 5 spoilers: A new ‘addiction’ for Eric Christian Olsen’s Deeks

Given that “NCIS: Los Angeles” has already made it through the tumultuous first few episodes, and also the landmark 100th episode, the question now is as follows: What is going to be the next big “event” to keep us watching? One answer to that could be a huge moment for Deeks and Kensi coming up in a few episodes, as it will forever change what their relationship is, and what they consequently mean to each other.

However, this is not the only story related to Eric Christian Olsen’s character that there is to look forward to. According to a report from Entertainment Weekly, there is going to be another upcoming episode that sees him enter a Malibu center for a very specific problem: Sex addiction. While it’s probably just an undercover mission here (as jokes executive producer Shane Brennan to the website), this will at least remain a pretty fun opportunity to see him interact with a new group of people.

Also, imagine the sort of jealousy that could be played here by Daniela Ruah if there is a patient or two who decides to get all hot and heavy with him while he is at “treatment” here. It only makes sense, after all, that there would be at least one person among the group here that is constantly on the verge of relapsing, so don’t be surprised if we do see something like that. This should ultimately be a nice little story to come in between more dramatic times for the couple. We hate to be a broken record here, but you have to remember that Kensi will be forced to spend some time away from the show this spring thanks to Ruah’s current pregnancy, and while this is not being written into the show, they will have to find a different reason to send her away.
