‘Sons of Anarchy’ season 6 spoilers: Charlie Hunnam teases deaths between episode 7, finale
Is death knocking on the door of “Sons of Anarchy” prior to the end of season 6? The question probably did not even need to be asked when you consider the body of evidence for the show at this point. Death is in the very fabric of its being in many ways, and a show that can kill off Opie is capable of anything. The only thing we feel confident about saying is that since Jax is the main character, he’s got at least another season in him.
Therefore, it only seems appropriate that we have Charlie Hunnam be the one to announce today (per E! News) that there are “more deaths” coming to cast members, and you will see them coming before season 6 ends. What does the term “cast members” refer to: Series regulars, or the guest cast? We’ve always interpreted it to be at least recurring players or higher, since it’s hard to be particularly too upset about losing some random guy who just arrived in a bar only to be shot in the face a few seconds later.
While we’re worried about pretty much everyone at the moment, we stay concerned the most for Clay and Nero, considering where they are and that prison is not a kind place on this show. Just take a look at Lee Toric or Otto, who are just the latest in a long line of people to see their lives end as a part of getting mixed up in the world of Jax Teller or SAMCRO.
While it may sound weird to say given that everyone has their own favorite characters on TV, we honestly do not even really care too much who lives or who dies. It all depends instead on how the death is handled, and if it is true to the story. What was great about the Lee Toric death is that there was a certain element of shock value, but it also was the perfect way to write Otto out of the story since he had suffered for so long in prison and did so many horrible things that it didn’t make sense that he could continue to get away with killing people. There are at least a few people still on the show that are going to get what’s coming to them.
