‘The Vampire Diaries’ season 5 spoilers: Nina Dobrev, Candice Accola’s living situation

“The Vampire Diaries” is going to college for its upcoming fifth season, and there is at least one sort of tradition that the show is going to adopt from what many students go through upon entering school: Having to deal with people that you may not like in an intimate setting.

According to a new report from TVLine, Elena (Nina Dobrev) and Caroline (Candice Accola) are going to be settling into a dorm at Whitmore College this fall with a third roommate, and it is someone that may not particularly take a liking to both of them. Should you expect something bad to come out of this? You better believe it. Elena and Caroline’s new roommate will also be somewhat mysterious, which is also something that does not particularly bode well for the characters since mysterious often equals bad within the world of the show.

One other interesting little tidbit? This dorm room for three people also apparently includes a bathroom, which makes it somewhat different from many other rooms of this variety.

Also in this premiere, you can look forward to another Nina Dobrev character in Katherine try and learn just what the world is like for modern women; meanwhile, Matt is going to play a huge part almost straight away, and Silas is not going to waste a whole lot of time trying to be Stefan. After all, he has his own list of distinct priorities and goals that he wants to play out.
