Jimmy Fallon, Robin Thicke theme up for epic ‘Blurred Lines’ with children’s instruments
This is not the first time ever that Fallon has decided to make some beautiful music using some materials that you generally find some students rocking out with in the fifth grade, but these guys consistently find a way to make even the silliest instruments (like a kazoo) sound cool. This actually may be one of the best renditions of the song that we’ve heard to date, and that includes some of Thicke’s previous live performances of the track.
Robin has been everywhere as of late promoting both this song and his album of the same name, which just arrived in stores this week. “Blurred Lines” the disc has received some positive reviews, and all we have to think is just how far this guy has come since starring on that terrible ABC reality show “Duets” at this point last year. (This show also featured Kelly Clarkson, who was rumored to be joining “American Idol” this season at one point.)
How do you think this “Blurred Lines” cover compares to some of the others that we have seen on Fallon’s show before? If you want to take a closer look at some highlights from the “Late Night” world, just be sure to click here.
