Mayor of Kingstown season 5 premiere date: A July 2026 update

Is there a chance that we are going to be hearing something more about Mayor of Kingstown season 5 before the month is over?

If you have not heard a lot about the show as of late, there are a few things worth noting here from the get-go. Take, for starters, the fact that this is the final chapter for the Jeremy Renner drama. Production first started on it several months ago but behind the scenes, we imagine that there is a lot of emotion. You may be happy with the work you’ve done, but there is a lingering sentiment that all the memories you’ve created are in the rear-view mirror. There is no more story to tell on set.

So are we going to get Mayor of Kingstown back before the year is over? For now, we would count on it! Not only that, but do not be surprised in the event that the series returns in October, just as we see in the key art above for season 4. There is no real reason for Paramount+ to wait longer to release, unless they want to fill up their schedule later in the year. After all, it does feel as though Landman is going to be premiering a little bit later given the fact that production has yet to even kick off.

What can you expect in the final season?

This is not a show that is altogether easy to pin down in many ways. However, the one thing we will say is that emotionally, this has never been a show out to just make anyone feel good. It is dark, twisted, and there is no guarantee that Mike is going to make it out of here okay.
