Star City season 1 episode 8 spoilers: The epic finale

Next week on Apple TV, we are going to have a chance to dive into Star City season 1 episode 8. Are you ready at all for what will be coming in the midst of all that?

Well, the first order of business here is clearly noting that we are at the precipice of the end of the season, even if it really does feel in some ways like the show just started off yesterday. A lot has transpired here in a short period of time and within that, we tend to think that this upcoming story (titled “The Wolves”) is going to be every bit as big and propulsive as anything else that we’ve had a chance to see over the course of time, mostly because that makes the most sense. We do think that there are going to be some loose ends tied up, but is the stage also going to be set for potential new beginnings as well? Let’s just say that we would not be altogether shocked.

Season finale. A revelation sparks a desperate race against time.

At the time of this writing, it is certainly worth noting that there is no official word on a Star City season 2. However, at the same time we remain hopeful that creatively, Apple could be enticed to do something more. We recognize that the series is not routinely a part of its top three or four shows and that could spell trouble. Also, with For All Mankind ending soon, they may not feel a need to continue the spin-off. Because of all of these variables, we do consider it best to take a wait-and-see approach on such things.
